Your habits shape your future!
Where you are today is the result of all the small choices you’ve made over time.
Going to the gym once won’t change much — but going 365 times in a year will.
Stretching once won’t help much — but stretching every day for a year will.
Drinking alcohol once isn’t a big deal — but drinking every weekend adds up.
Working hard for one day is easy — but working a few hours every day adds up to over 1,000 hours a year.
Saving $10 a day doesn’t seem like much — but after a year, that’s $3,650.
One small good choice might not look important today, but doing it every day makes a huge difference.
Small steps done consistently matter just as much as big wins.
Think about the people you went to high school with. The ones who take care of their health look and feel better than those who don’t.
Sometimes when you stay fit, people will say it’s “just genetics.” Don’t let that bother you — it’s actually a compliment. Keep making the right choices.
There’s no better time than right now to start caring about your health.
“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is today.” –
Start here:
Go to the gym 4–6 times a week
Drink water instead of soda or alcohol
Sleep 7–9 hours every night
Stretch every day
Eat about 0.8 times your body weight in protein each day
Spend time outside in nature instead of always on screens
If you do these things for a year, you’ll be in better shape than most people — not just in the U.S., but all around the world.
Godspeed!
