Why you should NEVER drink Celsius energy drinks

I used to regularly drink Celsius until I did some extensive research.

What I found was scary. Off the bat, looking at the ingredients, there doesn’t seem to be a serious issue.

Active ingredients in Celsius include:

- Caffeine

- B vitamins (B6, B12, niacin, and pantothenate)

- Biotin

- Riboflavin

- Vitamin C

- Calcium carbonate

- Chromium

- Sodium

- Carbonated filtered water

- Citric acid

- Sucralose

- Taurine

- Green tea leaf extract

- Guarana extract

- Glucuronolactone

- Ginger extract.

Key items

- 200 milligrams of caffeine per can

- Artificial sweeteners like sucralose

- The presence of multiple stimulating ingredients like caffeine, guarana seed extract, and green tea extract can amplify the effects of anxiety, increased heart rate and nervousness.

- Drinks with such high caffeine can lead to dependency and addiction.

But then I went even deeper and recently Gary Brecka, CEO & Founder of 10X Health, mentioned something that blew my mind regarding Celsius and other energy drinks.

- “Celsius energy drinks have 4X the amount of daily cyanide that a human being is meant to ingest”

- “Do you know where we get the hydrogen cyanide? Human sewage treatment plants. It is the waste of the human sewage treatment plant and it’s called sludge. It’s foamy yellow sludge. They scrap it off the top, dry it, turn it into a powder, ship it to a facility, synthesize it with a metal and put it in your vitamins.

- They take metal and hydrogen cyanide. Put it in our supplements. Compounding it into a B12.

- Celsius has cyanocobalamin and basically you should throw away any supplement that has that specific ingredient.

Never drinking Celsius ever again and I’d recommend you do the same.
