Just take the first step forward—and every single day—focus on making a little progress. Small, positive actions and habits compound over time into something extraordinary.
You just need to start, and never look back.
When it comes to health, here’s a simple framework:
Evaluate your schedule and obligations.
Create a realistic plan of action you can commit to.
Work on that plan every single day.
Once you reach your goal, create a new plan for your next phase.
