One effective way to burn fat is by intermittent fasting and here’s how.

There are many ways to go about intermittent fasting. Basically, you want to eliminate food for an extended period.

For example, I stop eating from 8:00 PM to 1:00 PM the following day. So, that’s around 14 – 15 hours without any food except water.

You can fast for longer or for less. Really depends on you.

According to Johns Hopkins neuroscientist Mark Mattson, the body exhausts its sugar stores and starts burning fat. 

The longer you can go without food the more fat your body will burn.

Our bodies could go hours and even days without food. And this is exactly what humans had to do when food was scarce in prehistoric times.

Now we have the opposite problem. Food is widely available, extremely addictive and filled with synthetic ingredients.

If you’re the type of person that snacks consistently throughout the day then you’re killing your body’s ability to burn fat. You’d benefit extensively from intermittent fasting.
