This is why you have low testosterone.

Testosterone is key

Testosterone is one of the most critical elements for a functioning man. It determines how much muscle you build, your sex drive, bone growth, sperm production, and size and strength. You need testosterone to become alpha, plain and simple.

The actual symptoms of low testosterone are as follows:

  • Decreased sex drive

  • Less energy

  • Weight gain

  • Feelings of depression

  • Moodiness

  • Less body hair

  • Thinner bones

If you're experiencing one of these symptoms, then chances are you have low testosterone or another underlying health issue. The good news is there are things that you can do NOW in order to prevent the issue from getting worse.

I can guarantee, though, that if you do the following, you're setting yourself up for failure:

  1. You're overweight (Excess weight gain can keep testosterone levels low.)

  2. Sitting around

  3. Using pain medications

  4. Steroids

  5. Using hair loss medications

  6. Not getting enough sleep

  7. Drinking too much alcohol

  8. Sugar consumption

  9. Watching porn & masturbating frequently

Now you know what you shouldn't do. Here is what you can do naturally in order to increase testosterone:

  1. Exercise and lift weights

  2. Eat protein, fat, and carbs

  3. Minimize stress and cortisol levels

  4. Increase vitamin D intake

  5. You could take supplements like Zinc. In one study, zinc was found to increase testosterone levels and improve sexual function.

  6. Get plenty of restful, high-quality sleep

  7. Quit Porn

  8. Quit or limit alcohol intake

At the end of the day, a combination of weightlifting and a good diet will help solve many of these issues naturally before it's too late.

Every single one of my clients has their eating and exercise schedule optimized so that this never becomes an issue.

If this is an issue or you are worried about it becoming an issue, then reach out, and let's work together. I'll make it so that you never have to worry about having enough testosterone ever again.
