A person is fat because of their habits, lack of discipline and knowledge.

Step 1 is figuring out what you need to do to lose the weight you want.

It’s all based off how many calories you eat versus burn daily.

If you eat more, you’re going to gain weight and if you eat less, you’re going to lose weight.

If you’re not losing the weight you want then you’re simply consuming too many calories. 

You can either move more to compensate but the easiest choice is always going to be addressing your diet.

The biggest culprits are:

 - Processed foods

- Alcohol

- Refined sugar

Replace them with: 

- Vegetables

- Water

- Fruit that is low on the glycemic index 

That will solve the issue and I can guarantee you’ll see results. When you combine this with daily cardio and weightlifting, you’ll supercharge your transformation.

Plan to work out a minimum of 4-5X per week and get 30 minutes of daily cardio. 

Instead of cardio you can also walk (aim for 10,000 steps daily)

Important to also drink water throughout the day and prioritise 7-8 hours of sleep every single day.

If you do this over a consistent period, then your fat will melt.
