Look Younger Cheat Sheet
I get told this all the time: “you have good genetics.”
The thing is everyone has good genetics. It just comes down to your habits.
What you do repeatedly over long periods of time.
If you do these 20 things you will look much younger.
1) Don’t smoke
2) Eat a 90% whole food diet
3) 10 – 20g collagen per day
4) Vitamin C (200mg + per day)
5) Avoid cooking with seed oils
6) Cook with EVOO, butter. Tallow
7) Spend time in nature
8) Lift weights 3-5X
9) Walk 10K + steps per day + incline
10) Hit core workouts consistently
11) Stretch 15+ minutes daily
12) Hit the sauna 3X per week
13) Hit the cold plunge 3 – 5X per week
14) Spend time with positive uplifting people
15) Cut out toxic people from your life
16) Prioritise quality sleep (7-9 hours daily)
17) Eliminate ultra processed foods from your diet
18) Cut out alcohol completely
19) Cut out refined sugar
20) Have a mission and purpose in life
By far the most important are 1, 2, 5, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 18 & 20
It may seem like a lot but I’d recommend you start with one thing.
Focus on adopting one positive habit. Once it becomes second nature then move onto another positive habit.
Baby steps are the name of the game. If you try to do everything all at once it will become difficult, you’ll get frustrated and burned out.
Take little steps in the right direction and overtime it will compound.
