I'm going to be honest.

I used to be an absolute BETA of an individual. I had zero confidence, zero muscle, and was skinny. I also had zero experience with girls, and I would play World of Warcraft every single hour of the day.

Then I started working out consistently, and in a year…

I transformed myself because of the gym. I gained a significant amount of muscle, an insane amount of confidence, and, most importantly, I started getting LAID!

I also became a leader instead of a follower, and my life drastically improved. This was all because I started going to the gym consistently and prioritized my fitness.

I had no idea what I was doing, but I was disciplined and loved to learn. Since then, I've become stronger, faster, gained even more confidence, and acquired more knowledge about the art of fitness. I learned how YOU can achieve these same results MUCH faster and transform your life for the better!

Truth be told, my results were due to three things:

1) Weightlifting

2) Recovery

3) Nutrition

I went through a process called muscular hypertrophy, which involves increasing muscle size through strength training and putting strain on the muscles through working out that causes the body to repair them. This results in an increase in muscle fibers.

I also continued to push myself through progressive overload. Gradually increasing the weight, frequency, or number of repetitions in my strength training routine forced my musculoskeletal system to get stronger.

Finally, protein, you need to EAT! Eat 1.2X the amount of protein per pound of body weight and adjust your calorie intake depending on whether you're in a caloric deficit or surplus.

At the end of the day, you have to stay consistent over a significant period of time. Focus on doing all the right things every day and TRUST THE PROCESS!
