• Drink alcohol weekly

 It also causes immense stress to cells and destroys your organs 

• Vaping & nicotine use

Chemicals used in vaping are toxic and hazardous for the lungs, organs & human body. Vaping also reduces collagen production and the nicotine constricts blood vessels limiting essential nutrients and oxygen to the skin.

• Never exercising

Will lead to a reduction in muscle mass, bone density and overall strength. Your cardiovascular health will also decline and will increase inflammation and oxidative stress thus speeding up the aging process. 

• Prioritize quality sleep

Bad sleep disrupts hormone production, increases inflammation, reduces DNA repair, weakens the immune system and causes stress to the cells and tissues

If you want to look 10 – 20 years younger

• Swap water for alcohol and soda

• Exercise consistently 5 – 7X a week

• Stretch every single day

• Avoid processed food and sugar

• prioritize quality sleep daily

• Surround yourself with positive uplifting people.

Nothing will age you faster than sitting all day, never exercising, eating crappy food and isolating yourself from the world or spending time with negative shitty people.

This may seem like a lot but would recommend to take it one step at a time.

Small positive habits compounded over long periods of time will yield amazing results.
