One simple hack
It’s February 2nd,
Most people have quit their goals.
There back to their usual routines despite making a new year’s promise.
In fact, I noticed gyms are emptier than they were in January.
Still though February can serve as a great reset and here’s how you can make it your most disciplined month yet.
• Write down all your bad habits.
• Pick one bad habit
• Pick a good habit to replace it with.
• Commit and schedule it (non-negotiable).
• Track it daily (accountability = success)
• Remove obstacles & make it easy to do the right thing
• After a month or so rinse & repeat
I would say if you focus on changing to much at any given time then that’s when you’ll become overwhelmed.
This can lead to frustration and cause you to give up midway before a breakthrough.

Discipline is obviously important but your habits can either set you up for life or set you in downward trajectory.
It’s about the little things you do daily. It’s a simple as that.
One positive change can be the catalyst for other positive changes which your future self will thank you for.
Here’s a good example behind small sustainable changes that can yield massive health transformations overtime.
• Soda ➡️ Sparkling lime + water
• Canola oil ➡️ Coconut or olive oil
• Candy ➡️ Dark chocolate (70%) or fruit
• Cereal ➡️ Greek yogurt + berries
