Why you should exercise

My story

I wanted to shift the focus of this post to the actual benefits of fitness. However, before diving into that, I'd like to share my personal journey. Growing up in Miami, I was always the skinniest kid. My addictive personality led me to spend excessive hours playing video games each week. At that time, my energy was solely channeled into gaming.

Then I joined a fitness class called Synergize, and I can't even begin to describe how challenging the one-on-one sessions were. I was pushed to my limits, forced to perform squats, burpees, wall sits, deadlifts, cleans, and every imaginable exercise. These were exercises that beginners would be terrified to attempt. I can recall numerous instances when I became sick and even woke up the next day feeling incredibly sore.

However, I embraced the training methods I learned, made some adjustments, and incorporated them into all of my workouts. Over time, I started building muscle and developed a genuine addiction to the gym. Notably, I began to notice that people started paying attention to me, and I earned more respect from others. This positive transformation had a ripple effect, benefiting almost every aspect of my life.

I became addicted to the overall effects that fitness had on me after each workout. Regardless of whether I was stressed out, happy, sad, frustrated, or angry, working out became my remedy. It never failed to make my day better, regardless of the challenges I faced.

As a guy, I strongly recommend dedicating at least five or more workouts per week. Prioritize your fitness, make time for it, and do whatever it takes to get in shape. You'll experience a significant boost in well-being, and the benefits will permeate into all areas of your life. It will positively impact your business, overall mood, sleep quality, concentration, happiness levels, endorphin release, physical appearance, and overall health.

I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend!

Best regards,
Wendell
