Don't have time to exercise?

Here is the solution

According to Arnold Schwarzenegger, the worst excuse anyone can say is “I don’t have time.”

You don’t have time to take care of your health? We all have 24 hours in the day and you’re telling me you don’t have time?!

You either need to prioritize your health or manage your time better.

In terms of seeing results, you can get away with more mistakes putting in more exercise time.

If you’re consistently working out but your diet is terrible you may make some improvements, but they’ll be limited.

If you’re working out 3-4 times a week and eating like shit, then you probably won’t see results and you may get fatter.

The sweet spot is optimizing your diet where you’re swapping out processed items for whole foods and where you’re consistently working out 3 – 4 times a week.

You’ll see dramatic improvements there.

All you need to do is dedicate 3 hours a week for exercise, sleep 7 – 8 hours a night and prioritize a healthy diet. That’s it!

Once you get the basics down consistently then you can go about adopting a more rigorous fitness schedule. Want to train 5 – 6 times a week? That is totally fine, and I recommend it.

To truly maximize your results and gains I’d recommend 4 – 5X a week (potentially even 6X). Where you aren’t drinking, eating any processed foods, are prioritizing whole nutritious foods, a higher protein intake, quality sleep, resistance training and cardio.

But get the basics down first. If you’re totally a beginner, focus on going to the gym consistently 3X a week, eating protein with every single meal, taking creatine daily and prioritizing sleep.

The one thing that differentiates fit from unhealthy people is consistency. Conquer consistency by doing the basics over a sustained period of time.

You can go with 3 full body workouts or even a push day, pull day and leg day workout routine.
