Boring is the new cool

What do I mean by boring? 

• Go to sleep and wake up at  the same time

Your body operates on an internal clock or circadian rhythm.

A key part of waking at the same time each day may also be getting exposure to 15 to 30 minutes of sunlight upon wakening.

• Eat simple healthy foods

Whole ingredient foods with 40% protein 40% carbohydrates, 10% starches and 10% healthy fats 

• Exercise consistently

Nothing beats exercising on the daily . Will keep your body and mind sharp

• Prioritize quality sleep

7-9 hours of quality sleep.

Follow the 3 – 2 -1 rule

3 hours before bed no food

2 hours before bed no liquids

1 hour before bed no screens

Will do wonders for your sleep routine.

• No alcohol

Need I talk about the negative effects of alcohol. Just pure poison and will keep you from reaching your potential.

If one of these are out of the question, it’s fine.  Just Stick to a simple, boring and consistent routine and it will do wonders for your productivity and health.
