Age doesn't matter & here's why
Happy New Year!
Hate to break it to you but your age doesn’t matter.
How you feel and look is directly linked to what you do daily. It’s really that simple.
Small habits compound overtime.
10 years of consistently exercising and eating quality food will magnify in a positive direction.
10 years of consistently avoiding exercise and eating shitty food will magnify in a negative direction.
You can’t change the past, but you can change now.
There’s this quote I love:
“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second-best time is now!”
If you haven’t been at your healthiest then start making small changes in the right direction. Focus on one thing at a time and then use the positive momentum to make further positive changes.
Don’t try to change everything all at once because you’ll most likely get burned out and quit.
For example ~
• If you don’t exercise start exercising at least 3X per week
That’s just one example but hopefully you get what I mean.
To many times I see people promising themselves the world and they never follow through.
Here’s how you can make sure that doesn’t happen to you.
Make a list of all the habits benefiting and hurting you.
Now that you have clarity choose one negative habit that you want to replace with a good habit.
Just focus on that one habit and then move onto the next when you’ve replaced it.
